Room for Everyone (Sleeps 50+)

With 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in the main home, plus 4 charming detached “hobbit homes,” there’s space for everyone to relax comfortably. Each hobbit home features a queen bed, TV, and cozy fireplace—perfect for a quiet retreat just steps from the main house. Altogether, the property offers 30 beds, including king rooms, queen rooms, a large bunk room with 8 twin beds, and additional futons throughout.

 

Designed for Large Group Dining

Cooking for a crowd is easy here. The home features two full kitchens equipped with a total of 3 ovens, 3 sinks, 3 dishwashers, and 3 refrigerators, giving you all the space and functionality you need to prepare and serve big group meals. Whether you're hosting a holiday feast or a casual breakfast for dozens, everyone can gather and enjoy meals together with ease.

 

Indoor Amenities Like No Other

Rain or shine, the fun never stops. Take a dip in the private indoor pool and hot tub—then open the garage bay doors in the summer for fresh mountain air while you swim. Stay active with your own indoor racquetball court (also set up for pickleball, badminton, basketball, and more) and a fully equipped gym featuring treadmills, elliptical, bike, free weights, and yoga equipment.

Relax and recharge in the sauna or massage chair, or head to the game area for ping pong, air hockey, pool, and a basketball arcade game. Movie nights are unforgettable with the projector in the main family room—perfect for gathering everyone together.

 

Outdoor Fun & Gathering Spaces

The outside is just as impressive. Enjoy a private putt-putt golf course, a full pickleball court, and a playground for the kids. Evenings are best spent around the large fire pit near the pavilion, where everyone can gather under string lights. Beautiful home with a breathtaking view of Bear Lake! I will not be able to say more positive things about the host though. We had an unfortunate situation that required another host that we were originally booked with to have to cancel on us. This has happened to us in the past and we were basically told by all parties involved to just deal with it. However, Mae & Meg came to our rescue! They offered this gorgeous house for the same price as the other booking and even allowed our pups which we had a prior agreement with the other booking to have. We are eternally grateful as the cancellation happened only 2 months before our trip. The home itself had all the listed amenities and it was super fun to stay at. Some things are still under construction like the hobbit holes and we had some internet problems, but it was overall an incredible stay. Thank you!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! We brought a group of individuals with special needs for our end-of-summer trip, and the home was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kids had an amazing time and genuinely didn’t want to leave—that says everything. They created memories they’ll be talking about for a long time. The host was wonderful, and everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping make this such a special and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful home with lots of room for the family to spread out, great seating choices for meals (formal dining table, kitchen island, AND patio), an extremely well outfitted kitchen, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus. Mae and Meg were quick to respond to questions and gave much appreciated suggestions for local beach choices and more. We especially loved the privacy of this home and the million-dollar view of the lake when having morning coffee on the patio.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars! The owners were incredibly accommodating after the original property we booked was sold, upgrading us to an even more beautiful home. While this property didn't have the private beach access of the original listing, the incredible amenities more than made up for it. The house was spotless, very well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, although we honestly didn't have any issues during our visit. The owners are still finishing construction on the hobbit homes. Two were completed and looked clean and well done, but since they didn't yet have bathrooms, we didn't end up using them. Once they're finished, they'll be a fun addition to an already fantastic property. There was never a dull moment with all the amenities available, and our family made so many wonderful memories here. We can't say enough good things about this place
